Director of Media Sales​

Duties and Responsibilities

Populus is seeking a talented, motivated Sales Director, an individual contributor role. You will call on pharmaceutical brands and agencies selling our suite of virtual care solutions. You will focus on building in-roads directly with brands and their agency teams. You will be tasked with expanding & evangelizing our products while educating senior marketers on the value of our virtual point of care offerings.

  • Previous experience selling media/media services to pharmaceutical brands and their agencies across a platform of product offerings

  • Experience managing delivering sales goals and managing pipeline

  • Excellent listener with proven ability to translate client needs into product solutions

  • Existing client/agency relationships within and pharmaceutical brands a plus

  • Working an assigned territory and/or target list

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years in strategic partnerships and/or business development/sales in healthcare

  • Experience working directly with pharmaceutical brands, consultatively selling through a suite of our current and future solutions

  • Ability to understand the Populus product suite and articulate the value proposition

  • A knowledge of the telehealth and virtual care industry a plus

  • A strong work ethic and internal drive to produce results

  • Data-driven, and experience managing a pipeline using Salesforce
