Pharma execs come out in force to talk about innovation and customer experience
Customer experience took center stage on Thursday, June 9th at the Grand Summit Hotel in
Summit, NJ. Hosted by Populus' very own Seth Painter alongside AstraZeneca Head of Business Excellence, Ed Stelmack.
The Pharma CX Summit agenda focused on three main customer segments – patients, payers, and providers – and examined how pharma could use technology, data, and design to drive customer engagement and outcomes in a real and measurable way. Panels talked significantly about the move towards engagement learning and modular content.
The day culminated in the panel "The Pharma / HCP Experience in 2022" and featured Peter Chiappano, Associate Director of Emerging Tech for Novo Nordisk; Ryan Rosenberg, Director of Omnichannel Engagement for Sanofi, and Anton Yarovy, Director of Precision Medicine for Novartis. The trio expounded on the virtues, advantages and opportunities of leveraging telehealth in order to create an engaging and supportive customer experience for patients.
